THE WISHMAKERS, a newly formed charity organization made up of local business owners, musicians and artists, has recently produced and recorded an original Christmas song, “CHRISTMASTIME IN THE POCONOS”, a song about the joy, togetherness and spirit of giving that Christmastime brings to the Pocono Mountain area, in an effort to raise money for the Monroe County Children and Youth Services Christmas Fund. Update 1/18/09: The Wishmakers were able to raise a total of $4,482 for The Monroe County Children and Youth Services 2008 Christmas Fund. Thank you to all who donated to this cause! Update 12/2/09: You can continue to donate to The Monroe County Children & Youth Services Christmas Fund by making a donation on the site through downloading the digital version of the "Christmastime in the Poconos" song or buying mechandise. You can also purchase the CD at Precision Music in Stroudsburg, PA.
